We are deeply saddened to share that our dear church family member, Diane Hutchins, passed away on the morning of Monday, July 20th. A faithful church member and Lay Servant, Diane volunteered with The Crisis Room / AOCC for over 20 years, most recently serving as Executive Director. She faithfully served our community with unwavering dedication, compassion, and generosity. As the driving force behind our Food Pantry Ministry, she devoted countless hours to picking up food donations, receiving deliveries, organizing supplies, and ensuring that nutritious meals reached our neighbors throughout Middlesex County.
Through Diane’s tireless efforts and servant’s heart, countless individuals and families received more than just nourishment—they experienced genuine kindness, dignity, and hope. Her life and ministry were a living demonstration of Christ’s call to love and serve one another. We are profoundly grateful for Diane’s decades of faithful service and the lasting legacy she leaves within our congregation and the wider community. While we mourn her loss, we also celebrate a life beautifully lived in service to God and others.
Please keep Diane’s family, friends, and loved ones in your prayers during this difficult time. May we honor her memory by continuing to serve our neighbors with the same compassion, humility, and dedication she so faithfully demonstrated.
"Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." — Matthew 25:4
